12 days have passed since my last blog post and only 2 things exciting events have happened (well 2 I would like to talk about, the rest is personal private and will probs be talked about at a later date with a yipeeeee in it, but I digress). Event number 1 a picnic in St James' park in Shaftesbury ( a park in Shaftesbury, not the football ground in Newcastle) this involved friends, food and the pub (where no alcohol was consumed) which led to me getting closer to my friends from the west country. Event number 2 a trip to Weymouth on Bank holiday Friday which again was from west country mates and involved sleeping, sand and ice cream followed by exciting events I had to hear about because I left everyone early due to beach making me sleepy. Apart from that this Easter has been about procrastination and talking to people online. Oh yeah, Easter was yesterday, I have chocolate. Going to Portsmouth Wednesday for the last stint of uni for the year, bring on the alcohol, bring on the revision.
Until next time my people (probably person, at best)

Easter, Countryside, Boredem
Right O, its been 5 days since I last posted, mainly because naff all has happened since Friday. I would like to expand on that but all that is happened is re-formatting my HDD and sorting out Windows 7, Ubuntu 10.11 and Windows Server 2003 (vHDD). If there was an award for installing and setting up OS's then I should bloomin' have it. Exciting plans = NULL. Expect better blog posts when something social/uni happens. I miss Pompey loads (yes, I have human emotion, apparently).
Until next time

Drink, Dancing, Clubbing And Comedy
Right, I realise my last post was on Wednesday so I should start from where I left off. I didn't go to the club after the drinking and was entirely drunk enough to count as drunk but it was fun to hang out with people on the same course. Drinking snakebite in the evening at the union on the official student night makes you feel like a student.
But on to the inevitable disappointment of clubbing in liquid on Thursday and I did a blinder, getting drunk with people you've met for the 1st time doesn't always give the wrong first impressions. However going off with a girl to dance and then getting the fuck off message and then becoming the topic of a conversation the next day is not the greatest thing ever. I would talk more about yesterday but the day was boring and the evening has patchy memory, I even feel asleep during F1 FP1 which is bad times.
Now to today, packing, sun and being happy. Followed by the improvisational comedy night at a pub and got laughs. Yeah, no blog post for a while because I've been busy doing fuck all which is a bit of a weird one. Until next time, going home, the train journey and the missing of Portsmouth and my mates.

Sun, Sea and Snakebite
Hello everyone again, I realise that this blog post is a little bit early seeing as its about 1:50pm but seeing as copious amounts of purple liquid (Strongbow, Carlsberg + blackcurrant all mixed up... Nom snakebite) will be consumed tonight, I thought an earlier blog post before getting drunk might be a nice idea.
So last night, the not so royal show, overall it was a massively amazing time biggest audience ever and got quite a few laughs (despite glancing at my hands for notes) and I think I'm developing into quite a nifty little comedian. A few problems with the organisers and some performers but its expected with something as stressful as a massive show to put on. The best bits were having our own dressing room with hardcore apple eating, mirrors with light bulbs all around it (very show biz and just wanted to do jazz hands constantly), spending all evening with a group of comedians (what is there to hate about that, seriously funny times) and there being 35 cheerleaders in uniform (all legal and most of them quite nom). Ending up with everyone backstage dancing to a blondie tribute band, massive party atmosphere and if it didn't overrun by an hour we would've probably invaded the fat fox and party down.
This was followed by sleep.
The sleep was followed by a 9am unsupervised electronics lab which lasted no more than 50mins until we headed to the union for breaky and a pint of lemonade in the glorious sunshine of Portsmouth. Until I came back and now in my room about to do my C coursework, with a pitcher of snakebite waiting for me at the union, good times.
Until tomorrow people where I will describe, drunkenness and how I almost got that girl in the club (its inevitable but never gets far enough to be a happy experience)

First post, first big show
Right, I've got 3h5m until the not so royal variety show happens at the king's theatre in Southsea. And for some peculiar reason I have decided to create a blog which may entertain, interest and intrigue anyone who reads it. I shall try and update this everyday hopefully, if not then it will be as often as I can.
A little about myself first, I am currently in my 1st year of BSc Computer Network Management and Design (yes, we got stitched up by having the degree with the mahooosively long name) for which I am the course rep which mainly involves listening to people moan then I moan to whoever it may concern. I am also a memeber of Portsmouth Heavy Hands which is the comedy society here and I specialise in doing stand up (which is what I'm doing infront of 7-8 hundred people tonight, with 1 of them being my father) I am incredibly nervous, so very nervous, I feel like bender when they saw the gap in the universe on the beast with a billion backs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8QYZ8ZmAVs). There's not much else to say about me without pulling as much as I can from the deepest depths of my soul.
So the not so royal variety show, it is a variety show organised by UoP Brightsparks (the enterprise society) and is basically a showcase of all the university's performing talents, so how the hell I got in is anyone's guess. Not much to say about it except 800 people watching is quite alot of people to laugh at jokes about basically silliness (I'm not going to give away my set on here, have to watch me to find out ).
Other stuff happening, C coursework is being a bitch, don't give a poop about queues and physical layer deadline is due soon.... And going home Saturday, to the good ol' home of Tisbury, the simple life. But before then a bit of goodbye drinking to be done.
Talk to y'all soon, hope people actually read this :D
